Omnicom Media Group scoops AS Watsons’ regional media business

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, SEPTEMBER 3, 2012 – Asia’s largest health and beauty retailer, AS Watson has awarded its media account to Omnicom Media Group agencies OMD and PHD, in a two-way decider with ZenithOptimedia.
 
The win involves retention of the account by PHD in Hong Kong and by OMD in China and Thailand. Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and the Philippines have also been awarded to OMD. The scope of work involves online and offline media buying, planning and strategy.
