London – As The Cannes Report makes its debut this year, rankings, ratings and creative showcases of agencies, regions, countries, and even cities, will provide major highlights and topics of discussion as the prestigious Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival reveals it all.

Noticeably, only Ogilvy Shanghai flew the Red banner, being the only agency listed in the top 20 from China. Thailand, a consistent force in previous years, was absent, likewise was Singapore.
