MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Two powerhouse names in the Philippine digital marketing industry have joined forces to form one of the largest digital creative agencies in the country. The new agency represents the combined capabilities, clients and workforce of previously separate digital agencies: Snapworx Digital, Inc. and Mobext, Inc. (formerly majority-owned by the Havas Group).
Xiklab Digital was formally launched and revealed to its team of about 100 digital experts in its first ever company town hall meeting last July 19 in its headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines, amidst cheers and excitement from its mostly millennial leaders and team members. The merger comes after Snapworx acquired the shares held by Havas in Mobext Philippines, paving the way for the integration of the two agencies.
“We are actually both old and new!” explains former Mobext CEO and now Xiklab Digital CEO Arthur Policarpio, a digital veteran and early player in the digital marketing space in the country since 2002. “We have combined the digital forces of both leading digital players Snapworx Digital Inc. and Mobext, Inc., which have both been providing full digital services over the past seven years, to now form one of the largest digital creative companies in the Philippines.”
Even while being a brand new brand in the market, Xiklab Digital immediately has a roster of close to 100 companies as its clients including Toyota Motors Philippines, Ritemed, Pharex, The Bistro Group, Bonifacio Global City, Acer, House Foods, Lawson Philippines and many more medium to large corporations.
