People: Three Outstanding Women Take the Spotlight as BBDO Guerrero Recognizes Talent with New Senior Promotions

BBDO Guerrero makes senior promotions in Account Management with Hanna Diaz and Liezl Villamor moving up to Group Account Director positions. Meanwhile, Natalie Sumpaico moves up to Senior Planner.

Diaz, who has been with the agency since 2016, is the account lead for Fonterra Brands, RCBC, and beepTM. She also led the development of work for PepsiCo’s Aquafina, which has grown from a local assignment to cover several markets globally.

Villamor, on the other hand, is the regional account lead for MARS Wrigley Confectionery
looking after Snickers, M&M’s, and Doublemint across South East Asian markets like Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Villamor led the development of Snickers’ multi-awarded campaign “Wrong World Finals” which was recognized at Spikes Asia, Epica Awards, Adfest, Kidlat Awards, and Cannes Lions.

Sumpaico drives the strategic direction on Red Ribbon, one of the largest bakeshop chains in the Philippines with stores in the United States. She also works on SPAM® Brand and was part of the team behind the award-winning campaign Johnson’s “Playstreet” which received accolades both locally and internationally.
