MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Are you ready for Kidlat’s comeback? This year, the Kidlat Awards returns for its 15th edition and is inviting advertisers to send in their entries and be a part of this celebration of innovation and creativity.
The 15th Kidlat Awards will be covering two years, including works that have gone live, been posted online, or made available for public download between March 01, 2021 to December 15, 2022. Philippine-based agencies, make sure you don’t miss the regular deadline for entries on January 24, 2023. The festival is also already accepting early bird entries until January 17 and will be open for any late entries until January 27.
Eligible entries can compete in any of the seven main categories: Classic Creativity, Creativity in Craft, Creativity in Engagement, Creativity in Entertainment, Creativity in Experience, Creativity in Strategy and Effectiveness, and Creativity for Good.
This year’s Kidlat Awards will also be the festival’s first live award show following the Covid-19 lockdown, hence the theme that embodies zapping energy into any creatives who may be feeling lifeless due to the pandemic: “Creativity Recharged.” The awards are slated to happen on February 17, 2023 and will be a face-to-face festivity joined by new and seasoned creatives alike to celebrate and recognize the creative excellence of the industry in the past two years.
