Criteo acquires mobile firm AD-X Tracking

GLOBAL – UNITED STATES, JULY 17, 2013 – Performance display advertising company Criteo has bought AD-X Tracking, a mobile technology company that facilitates the monitoring and reporting of advertising performance on mobile applications for brands and agencies worldwide.

We believe Criteo is now uniquely positioned as the one-stop display performance partner for both desktop and mobile devices,” said JB Rudelle, Criteo chief executive officer.

AD-X provides a global performance data solutions and mobile campaign optimization across hundreds of mobile ad networks, DSPs and other marketing solutions.  The combination of AD-X and Criteo will give mobile marketers to target and deliver relevant ads across smartphones and tablets, and then track results.
