KFC and Grey Singapore release Global Delights series

SINGAPORE, JUNE 20, 2013 – KFC Singapore has debuted its new "Global Delights" series. In keeping with its moniker, this series features KFC’s signature fried chicken, but in different flavours representing various parts of the world. 
 
The campaign kicks off with the "Italian Crunch" flavour – crispy chicken marinated and sprinkled with a tomato-and-herb seasoning that is frequently used in Italian cuisine.
 
The tagline for this new campaign is "Make Every Meal an Italian Affair!" Crafted by Grey Group Singapore, the campaign incorporates a 20-second English, Mandarin and Bahasa TVC and in-store, press and outdoor advertisements at bus stops, as well as ads on both social and digital platforms.
 
The TVC is inspired by Italian football, an integral part of Italian culture – but adds an amusing twist of its own. A group of football fans are portrayed as if they are rushing to a game, but in reality they are in a hurry to buy "Italian Crunch" chicken at a KFC restaurant.
