Campaign Spotlight: Moove Media gives Singaporeans the opportunity to spot batmobiles from their windows

SINGAPORE — To the Batmobile! Moove Media and Warner Bros. are revving the streets of Singapore with 100 batmobiles across the island.

Warner Bros. is the first to take advantage of Moove Media’s latest taxi advertising format – the “Supercab”. Featuring a rooftop sticker, the format allows for a wider viewing angle – from the streets, double-decker buses, overhead bridges, and high-rise commercial and residential buildings.

Together with Havas Media who was recently reappointed with the media mandate for Warner Bros., the idea was to create awareness for the upcoming movie “The Batman” with an innovative play on the iconic batmobile, and the new Supercab format allowed greater leverage of impressions beyond street eye level to the buildings above.


Jayne Kwek, CEO of Moove Media, shared that “Warner Bros is the first to maximise taxi media to create all-round visibility of the ad on our taxi (from roof to bumper), delivering a unique eye-catching moment for the public who look out the window at the bustling street; much akin to catching the Bat-signal from anywhere in the city. There is a lot of room for creativity when we look for it!”

Managing Director of Warner Bros., Ng Peng Hui echoed the same excitement, sharing that “there is no better way to bring Gotham City to life than featuring Batman’s iconic Batmobile! Through our collaboration with Moove Media and Havas Media, we are excited to see our very own rendition of the Batmobile prowling the streets and giving our city’s residents an immersive sense of joy as they board and alight from one.”

Elaborating on this first-ever OOH ad format, Leroy Lim, Regional Growth and Strategic Business Lead of Havas Media Group added that “We are proud to be the first-in-market to showcase a visual takeover of our Singapore taxis which not only seamlessly presented the movie’s key visual to the taxi body, we were also able to optimise the ad space to its maximum exposure and leave audiences with the impression of The Batman cruising the streets.”

Catch The Batman-themed supercabs on the street from 16 February to 15 March 2022. The Batman opens in cinemas 3 March!
