During the recent induction of the 2010 Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines (ASAP), guest of honor and Keynote Speaker Sandy Prieto-Romualdez, addressed the association to talk about the newspaper, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, and its role in advertising. The PDI has supported the Philippine Young Creatives as representative to the Cannes Lions for the last nine years.
Prieto-Romualdez is the president of the PDI. She is the first, and still the only, Filipino member of the Board of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers.
