MAKATI CITY – The EON Group stands firmly atop the country’s communications industry as the sole Philippine agency in PRWeek’s Agency Business Report 2017, which ranks PR agencies all over the world based on business performance.
PR Week’s Agency Business Report is the most comprehensive roundup about the PR industry and PRWeek’s Global Rankings comprise a thorough analysis of a firm’s various aspects such as revenues, staff, expansion, and account management.
EON now ranks 37th in Asia-Pacific, and 229th globally, cementing its place among the world’s PR front-runners.
EON’s inclusion in the rankings for the second-straight year, was driven by a 3% increase in revenues and a 6% rise in headcount. This, in turn, was driven by EON’s strong push to build its practice areas –Digital Communications and Creative Technology (DIG), Reputation Management and Public Affairs (ENGAGE), Experiential Marketing (TANGERINE), and Corporate and Marketing public relations (EON PR).
“We’re honored to be among the world’s biggest. The company’s focus on achieving synergies and building our organizational capability beyond our core public relations competency, has resulted in growth and a strong foundation for the future,” Junie del Mundo, EON Group Chief Executive, said.
The EON Group broke through PR Week’s Global Rankings in 2016, and this successive recognition affirms the company as a leading benchmark for Filipino excellence in the global arena.
