Events: SCMP’s China Conference Launches First-Ever Southeast Asia Edition in Manila to Expand Global Footprint​

HONG KONG – The ​South China Morning Post announced today the first Southeast Asia instalment of its successful ‘China Conference’ series to be held in Manila on 18-19 February. Themed “​Opportunities in Southeast Asia’s Growth Story”​, the thought leadership conference will focus on ASEAN’s growing relationship with China and its path towards becoming the world’s fourth-largest economy in 2030.

China Conference: Southeast Asia will ​cover key aspects of cooperation between China and Southeast Asia including economic reform, regional stability and infrastructure investment. Offering insights into the region’s growing economy, the event will also dive into business opportunities and emerging trends in technology and innovation from across the region. The forum will also include discussions on key growth issues such as sustainable development, women in leadership, and the role of global technology in Southeast Asia.
