GIGIL Manila wins double Gold at Campaign’s 2025 Agency of the Year Awards

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — GIGIL Manila has won Philippines Independent Agency of the Year Gold and Philippines Creative Agency of the Year Gold at Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards 2025, held in Singapore. 

The wins mirror GIGIL’s breakthrough in 2020, when the agency also ran away with both awards, becoming the first Philippine agency to pull off the feat.

2025 was an accomplished year for the agency, with GIGIL winning big in Cannes, D&AD, the Clios, and MAD STARS. The company was named ADFEST’s 2025 Independent Agency of the Year. GIGIL also topped the Campaign Brief Asia Rankings and was recognized as Philippines Agency of the Year.

Beyond creative awards, GIGIL recorded sound business performance: Gross Profit up 20.43%, alongside an 88.24% client retention rate. Even under budget pressure, GIGIL prioritized people—raising salaries and benefits by 15.54% and keeping attrition to just 2%. 

On top of all these, GIGIL won gongs for marketing effectiveness in the 2024 APAC Effies.
