Elephant, India’s leading independent design and brand consultancy, has strengthened its leadership team following the launch of its Asia Pacific hub in Singapore last year.
The new phase of growth will be spearheaded by Kedar Parundekar, a seasoned business and strategy leader with deep expertise in strategic business and brand solutions for global clients. With recent experience at global agencies Blue Marlin and Design Bridge, alongside a long-standing prior association with Elephant, Kedar brings both international perspective and an intrinsic alignment with the agency’s culture and values.
In his new role, Kedar will lead the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding strategic partnerships, deepening client engagements, and scaling Elephant’s presence across India and global markets. He brings 18 years of experience working with clients such as Tata Group, Reliance, Nexus Malls, Bacardi, Jubilant Foodworks, ICICI Bank & Grupo Bimbo amongst others.
Founded in 1989, Elephant has been at the forefront of shaping the business of design in India. With a 70+ strong team of strategists, researchers and designers across multiple cities including Singapore, the consultancy partners with leading brands such as Tata, Reliance, Emami, Marico, MTR, Coca-Cola, Domino’s, Revlon, L’Oréal, Symphony and Hector Beverages.
Elephant is also one of the founding members of The Design Alliance Asia, a collective of leading independent design agencies that has been sharing cultural and regional insights across the region for more than 25 years.
