ASIA-PACIFIC – MAY 8, 2011 – PHD Singapore has appointed Jian Yang, as Associate Business Director and Monica Shoo as Digital Manager, with immediate effect. Both the appointments come close on the heels of Sony Wong being appointed the Managing Director of PHD Singapore and further strengthen the agency’s value proposition in Singapore.
Yang will work closely on the HP Personal Systems Group and HP Corporate Marketing while Shoo will be managing all digital strategy across the region for the Enterprise Business Division of HP. Yang joins PHD from JWT Bahrain where he headed the Raffles City Bahrain and HSBC Bahrain accounts; Shoo joins from Profero where she was working on digital campaigns, search engine marketing and social media for Disney Motion Pictures, SAXO Capital Markets and UOB.

Both Jian Yang and Monica Shoo are reporting to Aaron Boekestein, Regional Business Director, PHD and will be reporting to Sony Wong, when he joins PHD Singapore in July 2011.
