Saatchi & Saatchi Appoints Yuki Qi Greater China Vice President of Operations

GREATER CHINA – Saatchi & Saatchi announced the appointment of Yuki Qi, the agency’s current Greater China Chief Talent Officer, to Vice President of Operations for Greater China, effective immediately.

On top of her current talent duty, Yuki will (continue to) report to Publicis Communications & Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China CEO Michael Lee, supporting Michael to manage the overall operations of all Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China offices. As part of this expanded role, Yuki will lead operational innovations and strategic development of the agency , as well as the integration and sharing of internal and external resources.

With a master’s degree in financial management in the UK, Yuki has worked in financial and consulting fields before joining Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai in 2003. She was named Greater China Chief Talent Officer in 2013 and is further distinguished as one of the few Chinese executives on the Greater China Management Team and as a former member of the six-person Saatchi Global Talent Team. In 2014, Yuki was honored as Campaign Asia’s “Talent Management Person of the Year.” She also won Marketing Magazine’s Silver Award for “Best Agency Culture” in 2016. Her deft leadership has been a critical component of Saatchi & Saatchi’s nine “Agency of the Year” awards over the past four years.
