BOHOL and CEBU – October 17, 2013 – In the wake of the recent earthquake in the Visayas, employee volunteers of Globe Telecom are currently setting up Libreng Tawag stations in two areas in Bohol and one in Cebu.
In Bohol, the Libreng Tawag booths are being set up in the Bohol Sports Complex in Tagbilaran City, where evacuated families are currently staying; and Carmen Municipal Hall, the site of the earthquake’s epicenter.
In Cebu, the Libreng Tawag booth is being set up in Cebu City Medical Center where injured residents are being treated.
Earlier, Globe also put up a Libreng Tawag booth in Tagbilaran Municipal Hall in Tagbilaran City which is also being used as evacuation center.
