GUT has announced the promotion of three senior leaders into newly created global roles as the creative network strengthens its worldwide leadership team amid continued international growth.

Joaquin “Joaco” Cubria and Ignacio “Nacho” Ferioli have been promoted to global chief creative officers, while Renata Neumann has been appointed global head of production. All three positions are newly established within the network.

Renata, previously head of production for North America, will now lead production across the agency’s global offices as well as its in-house production offering, Glory.

“Joaco, Nacho, and Renata have been indispensable creative forces at GUT, and I am thrilled to partner with them as we continue pushing our brave creativity even further and driving impactful business results for our clients,” said Andrea Diquez, Global CEO.

“These key roles strengthen our Global Leadership Team, which partners with our offices around the world to help shape the future of our network. As GUT continues to grow, having a strong global team is essential to ensuring we continue protecting our culture and delivering exceptional work for our clients.”

Joaquin and Ignacio previously served as chief creative officers at GUT Buenos Aires and across GUT Europe, respectively.

Under Joaquin’s leadership, the Buenos Aires office won three Cannes Lions Grand Prix and was named Cannes Lions Agency of the Year, Effies Argentina Agency of the Year in 2023, and Ad Age’s A-List International Agency of the Year in 2024. This year, he served as Direct Jury President at Cannes Lions.

In Europe, Ignacio has been instrumental in securing global AOR wins for the network, including Havaianas and LVMH brand Rimowa, marking GUT’s first entry into the luxury category. He has also led Stella Artois globally for the agency over the past two years. Prior to his regional role in 2024, Ignacio helped launch and lead the GUT Mexico City office.

“We’ve worked together for more than 20 years,” said Joaquin Cubria and Ignacio Ferioli, global CCOs.

“At this point, we don’t need to be in the same room to know what the other would push for creatively because we think very much alike. So yes, we’ll be two CCOs, but really, we’re one creative mind in two bodies and that’s a real advantage (consider this shared quote our first piece of evidence). It’s an honor to take on this new challenge together.”

With their expanded remit, Joaquin and Ignacio will oversee work across all 12 offices, lead global AOR and project relationships, and drive new business opportunities across the network. Previously creative partners, the pair have earned numerous industry awards including Clios, The One Show, D&AD, and Cannes Lions, including multiple Grand Prix.

Renata has played a central role in GUT’s evolution, helping grow its Miami headquarters while launching offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto. She has worked across the agency’s client roster, including AB InBev, Tim Hortons, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, and Kimberly-Clark.

In her new role, Renata will oversee production across all 12 offices, working closely with global and local leadership teams to ensure the highest level of craft while driving efficiency for clients.

“I believe that great work begins with a strong team who are driven to make the impossible happen, and that a producer’s impact goes far beyond delivery,” said Renata Neumann, global head of production.

“I’m committed to helping our creativity thrive in the real world by building trust and continuing to elevate everything we make.”

Renata has led numerous global productions and received industry recognition from The Clios, The One Show, D&AD, and Cannes Lions, including a Titanium Lion and three Grand Prix. She was also a finalist for Ad Age’s A-List Agency Head of Production of the Year in 2022 and was named one of Business Insider’s 36 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue in 2019.

Over the last two years, GUT has cemented its position as one of the top ten creative networks worldwide and expanded to more than 2,000 employees across ten countries with the addition of its parent company Globant’s marketing services offerings.
