AdChina joins MMA as global premium member

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, FEBRUARY 26, 2013 – AdChina, China’s leading technology-driven integrated internet advertising platform, has joined the the Mobile Marketing Association as a global premium member. With China representing one of the most influential emerging markets for mobile marketing, the MMA will work closely with AdChina to bolster the group’s mobile expertise and education, as well as yield insights for global and regional marketers.
 
“At the close of 2012, mobile ad spend was up 138 per cent in China and mobile adoption continues to rise. The MMA is plotting the future of mobile marketing by aligning with emerging markets that result in the next wave of mobile ad consumers,” said Greg Stuart, global CEO, MMA. “With AdChina joining the MMA roster as a Global Premium Member we will work to strengthen the company’s mobile offerings and collectively advance the mobile marketing industry in China and Asia-Pacific.”
 
AdChina CEO Alan Yan has forecasted that China’s mobile advertising market will experience exponential growth in 2013 based on mobile adoption and level of brand engagement via devices. As one of MMA’s Global Premium Members, AdChina will develop its domestic needs across the mobile advertising space. Additionally, the MMA and AdChina are producing an event towards the end of 2013, "SM2 East", to offer insights and exposure on mobile marketing in region.
 
“As one of MMA’s Global Premier Members and the only Chinese company to be named to the global membership group, AdChina will work with MMA to develop education, standards and strategy to accelerate the role of mobile for the industry globally,” said Yan.
 
Yan was also recently elected to serve on the MMA Global Board of Directors, which represents business leaders across the entire marketing, technology and advertising spectrum.
