THE PHILIPPINES, FEBRUARY 15, 2012: Production house Revolver Studios has brought in four new guns to add to its artillery. Bongo Ferraren comes in as general manager while Noel Manacsa, Treb Monteras II, and Borgy Torre lends their expertise as art directors.
The four new additions come in with varied and extensive expriences in TV production and advertising. Ferraren has had 40 years of experience in the industry including a media production consultant stint for Unilver Philippines for 24 brands in home care, personal care, and food categories.
Coming from an advertising agency background, Manacsa joins Revolver from JWT Manila, where he spent 10 years from Art Director to Associate Creative Director. He has worked on numerous multi-national agencies and advertisers in foods, personal care, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and lifestyle.
Monteras has had numerous experience in directing and photographing album cover shoots for artists. He has also worked as music video director for artists such as Ebe Dancel, Kyla and Bamboo Manalac and has over 200 musci videos under his name. Monteras has also directed several TV shows, commercials, and live concerts.
Since 2009, Torre has worked with Revolver Studios and the company’s film arm, Reality Films as assistant director for films and TV commercials and editor, respectively. Among his accolades include a short film "Bonsai" which was named Best Asian Film in Tokyo in 2010.
