“Brands will be furthering their exploration of previously adopted marketing practices, such as content marketing, partner marketing, event marketing and digital advertising. With marketers fostering non-stop innovation in their marketing strategies, we will see the emergence of novel story-telling formats. Brand safety is poised to become a top priority this year, as companies are gradually becoming highly selective about the type of publishers and platforms their ad content gets featured on,” said Abhijeet Mukherjee, CEO of Monster.com – APAC and Middle East.

“Marketing talent well-versed in current digital practises, and a knack for identifying, developing and promoting content resonates with brands’ target audiences as well as an affinity for handling data will find themselves in high demand by top recruiters.”
