Havas Media Network India has appointed Archana Aggarwal as Chief Growth Officer, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating growth in one of its top global markets.
Anchored in its global vision of “Growth Powered by Desire,” the network continues to advance an integrated approach to business expansion, enabled by Converged.AI—its proprietary operating system that unifies data, technology, and human insight.
With operations spanning Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bangalore, Havas Media Network India has built a portfolio of over 100 clients and a workforce exceeding 1,000 professionals, reflecting sustained growth and evolution in the region.
Aggarwal, who will be based in Gurugram, reports to Mohit Joshi, CEO of Havas Media Network India. In her new role, she will lead growth initiatives across Havas Media, PivotRoots, Havas Play, and Arena Media, with a focus on new business development, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing integrated capabilities.
Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, SEA & North Asia, highlighted the significance of the appointment, noting India’s strategic importance as a high-growth market for the global network. Meanwhile, Joshi underscored Aggarwal’s deep understanding of consumer behavior and her ability to translate insights into business outcomes as key to scaling the network’s data-led approach.
Aggarwal brings over two decades of experience in media and marketing, most recently serving as Vice President – Media at Airtel. Her career spans both digital and traditional media, working with leading global brands including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, L’Oréal, and Coca-Cola.
Known for her forward-looking approach, she has leveraged emerging platforms such as Connected TV, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse to drive business impact. Her appointment signals Havas Media Network India’s continued investment in integrated, future-facing growth strategies.
