ASIA-PACIFIC – PATTAYA, THAILAND, MARCH 18, 2012: If Hollywood has its Hall of Fame, AdFest has Lotus Legend which is aimed to honor the long-serving creative excellence in the industry.
Jimmy Lam, president of ADFEST Working Committee said: “The tribute will be bestowed on the person elected as this year’s Lotus Legend, specifically from this year’s judging panels. This is a true mark of respect from our industry for their contribution to nurturing great creativity in the region.”
Eligible recipients of the Lotus Legend Award must first be nominated by an AdFest judge.. Each of the 49 judges on this year’s Lotus Awards Juries was asked to put forward one contender. He or she had to be a creative leader that currently works in the Asia Pacific region, who has achieved creative excellence as well as being a role model for junior creatives.
One winner for the Lotus Legend award will again be elected from the long list of judges’ candidates and the award will be given out at the final ADFEST Lotus Awards presentation on March 20.
