MANILA, APRIL 29, 2013 – Last year’s musical/comedy film “I Do Bidoo Bidoo” bags several awards at the 10th Golden Screen Awards.
The film, which stars Ogie Alcasid, Gary Valenciano, Eugene Domingo, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Sam Concepcion and Tippy dos Santos, scored Best Motion Picture (Musical/Comedy) and other awards: Best Breakthrough Performance by an Actress (Tippy dos Santos), Best Musical Score (Vincent de Jesus) and Best Editing (Randy Gabriel).
Produced by Unitel, “I Do Bidoo Bidoo” is a film which celebrates Filipino life and music told through the timeless songs of the Apo Hiking Society.
The movie has been dreamed up by producer Tony Gloria for years. Unitel’s president Madonna Tarrayo shared that same dream and together, as co-producers, it finally saw the light of day and screened in cinemas nationwide in 2012.
“I Do Bidoo Bidoo” is co-produced with Studio 5.
