The goal of The:Hours Radio is to showcase the agency’s culture and sound. It offers web, mobile and Internet radio listeners the chance to experience professionally-produced, high-quality radio entertainment which can be embedded and shared across all social networks. This unique free-service digital radio station is run by a team of professional programmers, DJs and on-air personalities from the Goom Radio studios in France and the US. The Hours will also record some of its content in Euro RSCG offices in New York, Paris and London where artists will contribute to the shows. Expect to hear a variety of rock, pop and electro music from the channel, representing the Hours culture, along with radio shows, DJ mixes, interviews and live concerts, amongst others.

Said Jacques Séguéla, Chief Creative Officer of Havas: “The French advertising industry is unbalanced–privileging words and images while ignoring music. The English-speaking market, however, music is one of the primary driving forces of creativity. Music is our Esperanto, the universal language that never has to be translated across space and time.”

"The:Hours illustrates how the music and advertising industries are increasingly rubbing shoulders, seeking to develop new business models, along with new sources of revenue and exposure,” said Alexandre Sap, president & CEO of The:Hours. The:Hours Radio is an HD digital radio targeting an audience of music lovers who are looking for quality and new audio streaming content, online and on their mobile devices.

The:Hours is an advertainment agency network specialized in music, boasting a record label signed on Universal for distribution worldwide, as well as a creative music production and consultancy platform for brands. In July 2008, Euro RSCG Worldwide took a 51% stake in the venture, creating a new business model. The:Hours clients include Kofi Annan’s Global Humanitarian Forum, Cartier, Michael Kors, Estee Lauder, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Lacoste, Harry Winston, Ralph Lauren, Citroën and Heineken, among others.

Goom develops custom branded-radio stations for brands including Coca Cola, Converse and Tommy Hilfiger amongst others.
