Andrew Davie returns to lead Wunderman Australia and New Zealand

ASIA-PACIFIC – AUSTRAILIA/NEW ZEALAND, JULY 24, 2013 – Wunderman Asia Pacific president Stephane Faggianelli has appointed Andrew Davie as managing director of Wunderman Australia and New Zealand. In his new role, Davie is tasked to develop the Wunderman’s digital and CRM capabilities further.

Based in Sydney, Davie will be responsible for Wunderman operations in Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand and will report directly to Faggianelli. In addition to his main role, he will utilize strong synergies with Bienalto, a recent strategic acquisition made last year, to drive advanced data analytics and optimization of user experiences for all clients.

Davie has been in the communications and advertising industry for over 18 years. His experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of the Asia Pacific region as well as strong integrated expertise on international brands and managing senior client engagements.

Before his appointment, he was the North America managing director of Red Fuse Communication, WPP’s full-service integrated global agency dedicated to serving all of Colgate-Palmolive’s brands worldwide.

For five years, Davie worked at Y&R where as an account managing director for Colgate Asia Pacific. From 2003-2008, he was instrumental in the expansion into China where he partnered extensively with AGENDA, a Wunderman company.

His client portfolio includes brands such as Procter & Gamble, Reebok International, Jim Beam Brands, Coca Cola, Accenture and H&R Block.
