Compass Visa, Chau Pak-Ho tie up promotes online shopping

ASIA-PACIFIC – HONG KONG, SEPTEMBER 5, 2012 – Music lends online shopping a hand as Compass Visa, one of Hong Kong’s major credit card issuers,  ties up with celebrity Cantapop singer and songwriter Chau Pak-Ho in a digital campaign to promote online shopping.

 
The campaign, which was developed and executed by Media Contacts Hong Kong, Havas Digital’s global interactive media network, aims to increase customer interest in online shopping. This is done by featuring Pak-Ho in a series of interactive videos of his daily life where he uses some items which can be bought online.
 
Pak- Ho will also be giving online shopping advice while other reputed local bloggers will give recommendations to the public for fashion items, accessories, gadgets, and household products.
 
And when anyone purchases an item online, instead of posting their new finds on their own Facebook walls, posting on Compass Visa’s Facebook page during the promotion period can sweeten the deal by upping their chances to win prizes.
 
Exclusive online shopping offers are made available to existing Compass Visa credit cardholders from: Air France, Dell, FunShare.com, German Pool, Paypal, Sony Entertainment, Taobao, YesStyle, YesWine, Zalora, and ZUJI.nCompass Visa cardholders can also win up to $300,000 Compass dollars by spending a minimum of HK$500 or more.
 
Campaign period is ongoing until December 31, 2012.
