It ain’t over till you sign on the dotted line. Sources say that, contrary to an initial announcement in favor of O&M, Philippines Airlines (PAL) remains undecided on awarding its business. This means that other contenders BBDO Guerrero and Burnett are still very much in the running. Client has been contacted for comment; no official announcement has been made.
Despite a history of difficulty, tight budgets, the current airline doldrums and cut-throat competition from value airlines, flag carrier PAL remains a plum assignment and a coveted creative opportunity.
