Ayala Museum DesignTalks presents design entrepreneur Brian Tenorio on October 15

THE PHILIPPINES, SEPTEMBER 28, 2011: His name, once synonymous with stylish men’s shoes, is now one of the proponents of the Design Council of the Philippines initiative. Brian Tenorio is the latest creative industry speaker for the Ayala Museum’s DesignTalks series. He will talk about his practice at the museum’s ground floor lobby on October 15, 2011 at 3pm.

Tenorio speaks five languages—the languages of design, business, style, international relations, and social development—all of which he will articulate on the DesignTalks stage.

He is currently a Design and Branding Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. He also chairs the Designers for Development Network—a group of communications designers from around the world designing for international organizations and development agencies.

Tenorio completed the Managing the Arts program at the Asian Insitute of Management in 2002 after graduating from the Ateneo de Manila University. Tenorio finished his graduate degree in Design Management at the Pratt Institute in New York last year, where his research focused on national design policy frameworks for developing countries.
