Millenial Media signs an acquisition with Jumptap

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, AUGUST 19, 2013 – Millenial Media has signed a deal with Jumptap to enhance their independent mobile advertising platform.
 
The acquisition made Millenial Media to get the large stock transaction of Jumptap. The Boston-based unified audience platform gets roughly 24.6 million shares of Millenial Media corresponding to approximately 22.5% ownership post transaction on August 9, 2013. The agreement focuses on different customary closing conditions with Millenial Media’’s approval.
