Grey Hong Kong awarded Beijing luxury residential project by Hutchison Whampoa Property

Grey Hong Kong has been awarded the branding and advertising responsibilities for a Beijing high-end luxurious residential development project by Hutchison Whampoa Property which is one of the leading property developers in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. The assignment is a low-density luxurious residential property project located at Chaoyang District.
 
Grey Hong Kong won this assignment through a creative pitch. The project would cover an integrated communication items from brand identity development, above-the line to below-the-line.
