iris bags most of digital and eCRM accounts for Reckitt Benckiser North America

GLOBAL – NEW YORK, USA, MARCH 2011 – Global marketing agency iris has been appointed by Reckitt Benckiser, the global household brands giant, to handle the majority of its digital marketing and eCRM strategy and implementation for its North American brands. Digital campaigns will go live in North America (US & Canada) from March this year.
 
Brands will include: Airwick, Cepacol, Clearasil, Delsym, Durex, Easyoff, Finish, Franks Red Hot, French’s, Lanacane, LiceMD, Lysol, Mucinex, Resolve, Scalpicin, Veet, Woolite, Limeaway, RidX, Old English and dCon as well as multi-brand platforms Our Home Our Planet and Home Solutions News.
 
iris will be responsible for a full spectrum of digital marketing activities from advertising to social media, including eCRM strategy and delivery, site development and maintenance, strategy and innovation. Activity will focus on generating consumer habits via creating interest in the category, connecting with the consumer and rewarding behavior.

iris’ most recent digital work includes Saks’ Fifth Avenue’s 3D holiday windows, which featured a double world first in state-of-the-art videomapping technology. The agency also works with adidas, Coty, Sony Ericsson, Coca-Cola and InterContinental Hotels Group.
