Events: GIGIL’s ‘I Don’t Give a Sh**t’ let brands escape lockdown with creativity, GIG Back Series LIVE powered by Soupstar Music and adobo magazine

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Needless to say, COVID-19 has taken its toll on the advertising and marketing industries. The enhanced community quarantine was declared to contain the virus, but unfortunately, it has also held local and international brands across categories hostage, leaving them struggling to operate within the limitations of the lockdown.

To help brands stay “on” in the face of this unprecedented adversity, ideas agency GIGIL launched the GIG Back Series. Called “I Don’t Give a Sh**t,” its first episode suggests creative ways on how brands can reach out to their consumers despite the odds in this age of social distancing.

Aside from a range of creative ideas and deep research that shows why it is not advisable for brands to go on mute, the webinar also provides insights from the other side of the table — the point-of-view of brand managers and business owners.
